Fred de Roy and Partners, was established as George Osler ARIBA in 1953. During the course of the years, the structure of the practice has gradually altered, and today consists of two Directors, each with a defined role, and a further staff of 6. They pride themselves on being Project Architects for Pearl Valley Signature Golf Estate and Spa ( Jack Nicklaus Design). The Directors have, in recent years, collectively accumulated invaluable experience on various project types in the United Sates of America, Europe and the East, as a result of research, travel and working abroad. This experience enables the practice to successfully integrated all economic, practical and aesthetic aspect of design. Their practice is not recognized for any specific style of architecture, as it endeavors rather to realize it s clients need, be they personal or commercial, and to integrate these with all the external factors influencing the design. As one of the first practices in the country to commit itself to CAD (Computer Aided Draughting) in 1983, they consistently avail themselves of leading edge technologies. This enables them to render their clients a level of service that is superior in every respect.The team pride themselves on their record of extremely successful projects in different sectors, ranging from single residences to retirement centers, marinas, hotels, and golf resorts, to name a few. No project has ever proved too large or too small.
