Your internship should be no less than 1 month and your English both proficient in written and spoken form. As the Cape Times has a wide cross section of departments, you would have the opportunity to work in various fields from assisting and shadowing an editor to research, advertising and design departments. No previous work experience is required, only a genuine interest in the advertising and newspaper world. The Cape Times will offer a first hand opportunity to experience the world of journalism from the first story break to final print.
